3. What data do we collect?

Below is an overview of the data we may collect:

  • Unidentified and non-identifiable information that you provide during the registration process or that is collected through the use of our services ("non-personal data"). Non-personal data does not allow us to identify the person from whom it was collected. The non-personal data we collect consists primarily of technical and aggregated usage information.

  • Personally identifiable information—that is, information that can be used to identify you or could be used to identify you with reasonable effort ("personal data"). Personal data that we collect via our services may include information requested from time to time, such as names, email addresses, physical addresses, telephone numbers, IP addresses, and more. If we combine personal data with non-personal data, we treat the combined data as personal data for as long as it remains combined.

4. How do we collect data?

The following are the primary methods we use to collect data:

  • We collect data when you use our services. For instance, when you visit our digital assets and use our services, we may collect, record, and store information regarding usage, sessions, and related details.

  • We collect data that you provide to us directly, such as when you contact us via a communication channel (e.g., sending an email with comments or feedback).

  • We may collect data from third-party sources, as described below.

  • We collect data that you provide when signing up for our services using a third-party provider, such as Facebook or Google.

5. Why do we collect this data?

We may use your data for the following purposes:

  • to provide and operate our services;

  • to develop, customize, and improve our services;

  • to respond to your feedback, inquiries, and requests, and to provide assistance;

  • to analyze usage patterns and requirements;

  • for other internal, statistical, and research purposes;

  • to enhance our data security and fraud prevention capabilities;

  • to investigate violations and enforce our terms and policies, as well as to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or official orders;

  • to send you updates, news, promotional materials, and other information related to our services. You can choose whether or not to continue receiving promotional emails; simply click the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

6. To whom do we disclose this data?

We may share your data with our service providers in order to operate our services (e.g., data storage via third-party hosting services, provision of technical support, etc.).

We may also disclose your data under the following circumstances: (i) to investigate, detect, prevent, or take action against illegal activities or other misconduct; (ii) to establish or exercise our rights of defense; (iii) to protect our rights, property, or personal safety, as well as the safety of our users or the public; (iv) in the event of a change of control involving us or one of our affiliates (e.g., through a merger, acquisition, or purchase of (substantially) all assets); (v) to collect, store, and/or manage your data using authorized third-party providers (e.g., cloud service providers), insofar as this is appropriate for business purposes; (vi) to collaborate with third-party providers on improving your user experience. For the avoidance of doubt, please note that we may transmit, share, or otherwise use non-personal data with third parties at our own discretion.

7. Contact form and document upload

If you use the contact or registration form, the data you enter and any documents you upload will be stored for the purpose of processing your request.

Please note that the transmission of information via electronic communication channels may entail certain security risks, despite appropriate technical and organizational measures.

8. Hosting and technical infrastructure

The website is operated via the Wix.com platform. Wix processes personal data as part of the website's operation and provides the technical infrastructure (hosting, form functions).

Data processing is carried out in accordance with Wix’s data protection policies. Data processing may also take place outside Switzerland. Wix commits to maintaining appropriate data protection standards.

9. Cookies

Only technically necessary cookies—those required for the operation and functionality of the website—are used on this site.

No analytics or tracking cookies are used, unless strictly required by the Wix platform for technical reasons.

We will not use your email address or other personal data without your consent.

10. Where do we store the data?

Non-personal data

Please note that our companies, as well as our trusted partners and service providers, are located around the world. For the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, we store and process all non-personal data we collect in various jurisdictions.

Personal data

Personal data may be maintained, processed, and stored in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan, Israel, and—to the extent necessary for the proper provision of our services and/or as required by law (as further explained below)—in other jurisdictions.

11. How long is the data retained?

Please note that we retain the collected data for as long as is necessary to provide our services, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations to you, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

We may rectify, supplement, or delete incorrect or incomplete data at any time at our sole discretion.

12. How do we protect data?

The hosting service for our digital assets provides the online platform through which we offer our services to you. Your data may be stored via our hosting provider’s data storage, databases, and general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall and offer secure HTTPS access to most areas of their services.

Notwithstanding the measures and efforts taken by us and our hosting provider, we cannot and do not guarantee absolute protection or security for the data you upload, publish, or otherwise share with us or others.

For this reason, we ask that you set secure passwords and, whenever possible, refrain from transmitting confidential information to us or others if you believe its disclosure could cause you significant or lasting harm. Since email and instant messaging are not considered secure forms of communication, we also ask that you do not share confidential information via these channels.

13. How do we handle minors?

The services are not intended for users who have not yet reached the age of legal majority. We will not knowingly collect data from children. If you have not reached the age of majority, you should not download or use the services or provide us with any information.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time to verify whether minors are using our services. If we become aware that a minor is using our services, we may deny them access, block them, and delete any data we hold regarding that user. If you have reason to believe that a minor has shared data with us, please contact us as described below.

14. Your Rights

As an EU resident, you may:

  • request confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and request access to your stored personal data as well as certain additional information;

  • request to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format;

  • request the correction of your personal data stored by us;

  • request the deletion of your personal data;

  • object to the processing of your personal data by us;

  • request the restriction of the processing of your personal data; or

Please note, however, that these rights are not absolute and may be subject to our own legitimate interests and regulatory requirements. If you have general questions regarding the personal data we collect and how it is used, please contact us as indicated below.

In the course of providing the services, we may transfer data across borders to affiliated companies or other third parties, and from your country/jurisdiction to other countries/jurisdictions worldwide. By using the services, you consent to the transfer of your data outside the EEA.

If you are based in the EEA, your personal data will only be transferred to locations outside the EEA if we are satisfied that an adequate or comparable level of personal data protection exists. We will take appropriate steps to ensure that we have suitable contractual arrangements in place with our third parties to guarantee that appropriate security measures are implemented, thereby minimizing the risk of unauthorized use, alteration, deletion, loss, or theft of your personal data, and ensuring that these third parties act in compliance with applicable laws at all times.

Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act

If you use the services as a California resident, you may be entitled under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") to request access to and deletion of your data.

To exercise your right to access and delete your data, please contact us.
